At hueYarn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact).

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Undergarments, accessories (e.g., socks, hair accessories), and customized/personalized products.

Damaged items due to customer misuse or negligence.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@hueyarn.com or use our Contact Form within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the Item: Send the product to the address provided. Ensure the package is securely sealed and includes the RAN.

Note: Returns without prior approval or a RAN may not be processed.

 

Refund Process

Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Partial Refunds: Applicable if returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a hueYarn error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

 

Exchanges

Exchanges for size/color are subject to availability. Contact us to confirm stock before returning.

Follow the return process above and specify your exchange preference.

 

Damaged/Defective Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

 

Order Cancellations

Cancel unshipped orders within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

hueYarn is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend using trackable shipping.
