Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Order Verification: We may contact you via email/phone to verify details if needed. Delays may occur if we cannot reach you.

 

Shipping Areas

Domestic: We currently ship across Bangladesh.

International: We currently not offer international shipping

 

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted logistics provider Pathao Courier

 

Delivery Timelines

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days (available at checkout for select areas).

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or courier delays).

 

Shipping Costs

Inside Dhaka: ৳60

Outside Dhaka: ৳100

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Track your package directly on the courier’s website or through our Order Tracking Portal.

 

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and error-free. We are not liable for delays/costs due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to address errors, re-shipping fees will apply.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail (e.g., recipient unavailable), the courier will hold the package locally for 3–5 business days.

After this period, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping fees will apply.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, contact the courier directly first.

If unresolved, notify us within 48 hours at support@hueyarn.com with details. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.

 

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
